Pre-schoolers learn about the police
We were very grateful to PC Haynes who came in to talk to the Bobcat children about the work that police officers do. Firstly, the children listened to a story about PC Ben and then PC Haynes showed photographs of police vehicles and talked about the types of jobs that the police get to do. The children were interested in the equipment that police officers carry and we have changed our role play corner to be a police station where we can use our notebooks and put baddies in jail. We have made ‘Wanted’ posters of people who have been naughty!
