Senior School Choices and Boarding options
We were very pleased to welcome Year 5 parents, both online and in person, to an information evening on Tuesday about the process for choosing a senior school.
Mr Beardmore-Gray discussed the overall process and Mrs Squire provided some valuable information about pre-tests, references and interviews and the preparation that the school provides for the boys towards the end of Year 5 and into Year 6 and Year 7.
Nicola Huggett, Head of Cheltenham College, was the final speaker and spoke to parents about questions to ask senior schools and considerations when making their final choice.
Parents were invited to ask questions at the end of the session and these questions prompted some interesting discussion.
Year 5 parents will now meet with Mr Beardmore-Gray to discuss Senior School options and the boys will take part in a preparation day in the Summer Term.
