Year 4 and 5 Mathematicians compete
On Tuesday Mrs Scriven and Mr Sage took six boys from Years 4 and 5 to Shiplake College for a Maths competition. They tackled five rounds of Maths challenges ranging from quick fire questions, a picture round and even building a bridge out of newspaper, which scored an 8/10 for strength by the judges! The boys worked well as a team and competed fiercely in the relay round completing six challenging questions in ten minutes. They clearly had a great afternoon and were wonderful representatives of Moulsford.
Well done to Oliver B, Ethan H and Michael P from Year 4 and Rufus H, Reuben A and Theo T from Year 5.
