Skiing in La Plagne
At the start of the Easter holidays, more than 40 pupils and 5 staff departed on the bi-annual Moulsford ski trip, which this time went to La Plagne in the French Alps.
The group had some great weather with blue skies and sunshine and some warm temperatures, but still with plenty of snow. There was a good mixture of abilities on the trip from beginners (including a certain Mr Chaffey) through to more experienced skiers, but everyone came back having made huge progress.
The children were kept busy in the evenings with a quiz night, bingo, a visit to watch Soapbox racing, snowball fights and a trip to the patisserie.
The group were a credit to themselves and the school throughout the week, both on and off the slopes, with a number of staff from other schools commenting on their exceptional behaviour.
We were delighted that everyone returned home very happy and in one piece! A huge thank you to the staff who accompanied the trip and supported the group in every way needed. A dream team indeed!
