Year 5 develop their teamwork
Last Friday, Year 5 had the pleasure of another fantastic day at Oakwood Climbing and Activity Centre. This annual trip is designed to help the boys develop their teamwork and problem solving skills in preparation for the new challenges that Year 5 brings. Despite the morning's earlier rain, the weather was on their side and the boys really threw themselves into every activity. It was fabulous to see the teamwork shine through amongst the groups and there were some stand out moments for everyone.
The boys were able to overcome fears with the support of their peers and to learn the true values of trust, friendship and respect. Miss Ringelberg is sure that we will continue to see even more examples of these as the year goes on.
