Learning about the theatre
On Monday 3rd June Year 2 set off on an expedition to the Corn Exchange in Newbury. They took part in a workshop on the stage of the theatre led by Josh, the Education Officer. The boys loved passing around an invisible ball and morphing into a rock! After a very civilised lunch in the balcony bar, the boys were treated to a backstage tour. An outing wouldn’t be complete without the opportunity to charge around in the fresh air and the boys weren’t disappointed with a short hop, skip and jump to Victoria Park. We were even complimented on how smart they looked!
