Cross-Curricular Project on Wallingford
Over the Christmas holidays, Year 5 were challenged to complete a project about Wallingford. The boys have been learning about the town in their Humanities lessons and had visited sites around the town earlier on in the term. The boys had to complete at least one activity from written, visual and active tasks and there was a huge variety of options. The tasks ranged from creating Wallingford acrostics, conducting interviews with people, walking the Thames Path and documenting it in photographs, making Wallingford Monopoly boards and visiting local churches, plus many more.
It was fantastic to see the creativity from the boys, many of whom had thought outside the box and produced some amazing work.
Well done boys for all of your hard work.
