Invertebrate hunting
Year 4 had an afternoon back at Forest School on Thursday. The boys thoroughly enjoyed letting off some steam and enjoying the sunshine. As part of our Science lessons, boys have been looking at classifying animals. We have recently studied different types of invertebrates in class and at Forest School the boys found a huge array of invertebrates. Using the school cameras, we took photos of each of the animals we found ready to use them in Science lessons next week. The rest of the time the boys had great fun using the ropes to build dens, create rope swings and even a bridge between trees. Everyone had a wonderful afternoon.
