Nothing is Impossible
6J’s assembly this week looked at inspirational people. The boys researched people from the world of sport, entertainment, environment, literature as well as one of the boy’s great grandmother and her harrowing journey to escape the Second World War as a nine year old. The boys agreed that these people proved that ‘Nothing is impossible’ which was the title of our assembly.
The boys wrote out their findings in groups and structured their speeches to give background on each individual, the struggles they faced and ultimately their success. The boys also worked hard finding photos to illustrate their points.
We spent our form time considering what we at Moulsford can learn from these people and presented our findings with the message ‘Love what you do, Be confident, Be tenacious’.
