Using the CARDS system in everyday life
6W's assembly this week built on some of the themes we have already seen this term and considered how we can all think about our self-development. The boys thought about this using the CARDS approach. CARDS stands for:
Creativity, Awareness, Resilience, Decision-Making and Self-Organisation
We considered what each one means and how our boys could go about applying each principle in their daily life. The boys in 6W planned and developed much of the content of the assembly themselves, and provided us with some entertaining and thought-provoking examples of each aspect of the CARDS system.
