Activities Participation & Moulsford Awards
It was fantastic to see the high participation levels in the after-school Activities Programme in the Autumn Term. There were a total of 117 different activities run and an impressive 397 Distinctions were earned for outstanding effort and progress through these activities.
A number of pupils in Years 3 to 8 also received their Moulsford Award badges, which were presented at the end of term assembly before Christmas. Again, these awards are earned for effort and progress within the after-school activities, across the five areas of the award: Community & Service, Healthy Living, Self Development, Performance & Arts and Adventure & Challenge.
The number of awards given were as follows:
Bronze (Years 3 & 4): 3
Silver (Years 5 & 6): 6
Gold (Years 7 & 8): 9
Platinum (Outstanding contribution - any year group): 9
Many congratulations to all of the boys, and especially those awarded Platinum level: Jacob B, Arthur H, Nathan K, Hector M, Rex N, Arthur W from Year 6 and Oliver C, Jude H and Daniel W from Year 8.
