Showcasing musical talent
On Wednesday and Thursday of Arts Week pupils from Years 4 to 8 took part in the popular Soirée concerts, showcasing the talent on offer at Moulsford with a variety of solo and ensemble performances spanning a wide range of musical genres. The String Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble and Pop Choir gave outstanding performances, and the Year 8 soloists delighted us with a colourful programme of their favourite solo items. The Senior Choir took to the stage to finish the concerts with two contrasting pieces featuring several beautiful solos. Congratulations to all boys who took part, and thanks to the members of staff who helped them create these wonderful performances for us.
The final musical event of Arts Week took place on Friday afternoon when Mrs Lunnon and the Pop Vocalists presented their concert of stunning group and individual performances by our talented vocalists - an excellent way to end the half term on a high!
