14 Musicians Pass Exams
It hasn’t been easy learning an instrument or being a singer during lockdown, so we were delighted that 14 boys were able to take ABRSM music exams this month. The boys took exams ranging in level from the piano Prep Test through to a number taking Grades 1, 2 and 3 with two boys doing Grade 5 exams. These exams featured the piano, violin, cello, harp, clarinet, classical singing and singing for musical theatre.
Congratulations to the boys who all passed, eight with Merit. Despite a tricky year for music, it has been fantastic to see the boys working hard and progressing so well. Thank you also to our music teachers who have prepared them so well despite difficult circumstances.
