Year 4 teach First Aid
Year 4 are looking at keeping themselves safe and healthy in Learning for Life (LFL) this term and on Thursday morning 4SC decided to put what they have been taught into practice by informing the whole school. After our session last Friday with Matron learning the recovery position and how to use a defibrillator, 4SC taught the whole school how to do this. Through a few quiz questions and demonstrations using the audience, boys explained the process of what to do in an emergency. The boys enjoyed putting this assembly together and being able to show the school how to save a life. They were delighted to see their parents that came to watch too.
