Declamations and Year 6 Horror Trailer Project
On Wednesday, Mrs Squire led the lunch-time Celebration Assembly. This week five boys presented their declamations to the school. John P, Oliver H, Will S, Ben A and Jules B. They all spoke really clearly, with great expression. Well done boys.
Throughout the Summer Term, boys in Year 6 have been creating horror film trailers as part of their ICT lessons. They have learnt literary and film techniques for creating tension, as well as learning about camera angles and the editing process. Mrs Squire would love to have shown all of the trailers but unfortunately only had time to show 'The Shed'- a fantastic production by Charlie H, Charles M and Theo P. We aim to have our own mini film festival before the end of term, so that all of the Year 6 boys can celebrate their work.
