Assembly on World Mental Health Day
On Tuesday, 7HW celebrated World Mental Health Day in their Form Assembly. The boys looked at occasions where they might have to show resilience and also times where they might want to have conversations about how they are feeling rather than 'bottling' everything up. As a stimulus, the boys used the Rugby Players Association video campaign entitled 'Lift the Weight' where famous faces like Jonny Wilkinson encourage people to share their thoughts with people they trust. A very simple and powerful message was evident throughout the assembly and enjoyed by staff, boys and watching parents.
