Welcome to Dr Chris Stevens, Headmaster of Bradfield College
It was great to see so many Year 5 parents attending the information evening this week. Parents were invited to drinks in the boarding house, where they were offered tours by current boarders, who were only too happy to show off their ‘home from home’. First-time visitors were surprised to see just how comfortable and welcoming the boarding house is, overturning distant memories of their own, rather more Spartan, prep school boarding experiences!
Following drinks, a presentation in the theatre informed parents about the process of choosing a senior school, their pre-tests, and also the scholarship options. We were delighted to welcome Dr Chris Stevens, Headmaster of Bradfield College, who gave a senior school perspective with his wide experience of teaching and working at Uppingham, Marlborough, and now Bradfield.
