Positive discussions and a great turnout
The latest meeting of the School Council took place this week with seventeen boys from the Prep School attending. The boys talked about a range of topics including school meals (a big thumbs up for the new canteen system and positive feedback as usual on the quality and choice of food on offer) and what fruit they would like to eat at break time. The meeting also discussed the provision of more loos and another water fountain!
The boys brought some great ideas from their individual year groups and items on the agenda for next time include a school mascot, a Moulsford radio station and more martial arts.
The boys were also asked for more ideas on what they would like purchased by the Parents Association and we will take these thoughts to the next MPA meeting, so watch this space!
On Thursday Mr Hamilton-Smilth and Mrs Hartley met with the Pre-Prep Councillors to discuss ideas pertinent to them. Every class was represented and there were some interesting and useful ideas about how we can continue to make our whole school and Pre-Prep even better. A great first meet of the year, well done boys!
