7GW Form Assembly
7GW's assembly this week focussed on the theme of respect for the world around us. The boys ran a 'Guess the Creature' quiz which turned serious when we discovered that all the creatures had one thing in common - they were extinct. We then looked at the ways in which other cultures approached their interactions with the world around them and there were examples from Native Americans, Hinduism and Maori culture, all of which highlighted the importance of mutual respect for the world around us and for each other.
