Art for Arts Week
Hopefully you all had the opportunity to view the fabulous work the pupils produced on the theme 'Roses', linked with the Year 5 play on the War of the Roses. We had artwork displayed from children from Pre-Prep right up to Year 8. The creativity and range of media used was absolutely fantastic to see - from baking, photography and ceramics, to detailed paintings, pencil sketches and sculptures made of sweets! Thank you to every parent who has helped create and get the work to school, as well as the many staff who have made the exhibition possible. The artwork was displayed in Houses anonymously and staff were able to vote on their favourite and the winning House, for the second year running, was Amundsen!
