Budding potters take to the wheel
On Friday night we welcomed 10 budding potters to the Art room for an evening of chat and creativity. Each parent had a go on the potter’s wheel, most for the first time, to make a bowl, dish or vase as well as hand building a piece of their choice. We saw a fabulous range of bud vases, candle holders and even a ceramic snake. This Friday, the potters will return to glaze their wonderful creations. We are so pleased to run this excellent event which is raising money for Sobell House Hospice through the OxTrail project and are thankful for the support of the parents.
