Wellbeing through art
Since half term our Head of Art Mrs Cummings has been running lunchtime art sessions for staff. They made slab built houses to hold a tealight and name tags for gifts and then glazed them (with some experiments along the way!). Some of the staff were experienced and some were absolute beginners so it was fabulous to see their creations.
Mrs Cummings has really enjoyed having other staff in the Art Room and everyone has said how much they enjoyed getting away from their desks and making time to be creative so we hope to do some more in the new year.
