“What is a legacy? It’s planting seeds in the garden you never get to see.”
Alexander Hamilton certainly had a point, but 5S are hoping to see the fruits of their labours later this summer as they thinned out their tomato plants this week in preparation for going into the greenhouse. The boys will be checking on their progress daily and a rota will include all of the boys in watering them to give the shoots the best chance of success.
Nearby there are also potatoes in growing bags, but let’s not call the whole thing off…
