Rain can’t dampen spirits
It has been fantastic to finally get some sports fixtures up and running for the boys in Years 5 to 8, after a long time without them. Playing competitive sport is always a pleasure, however, it also comes with the added benefits of visiting a different environment and adding some variation to the school day. Although, the weather has clearly misread our requests for sunshine on a Wednesday afternoon, it truly has been a wonderful sight to see the boys playing within teams and enjoying their cricket fixtures against Summer Fields and The Oratory Prep School. The next exciting step will be when we can invite spectators back to watch, this will be reviewed in line with Government guidance on 17th May.
