7P learn about World War 2
7P had a real treat on Monday evening as they listened to a talk from Rupert Soames (Winston Churchill's grandson). Rupert talked about his mother's experiences in the war shooting down Doodlebugs and also about his grandfather's impact on the country and the direction the war took. The boys were 'hooked' throughout the talk and asked some really interesting questions. It was a fascinating talk made possible thanks to Tim Marshall (7P parent).
