Looking at the Bigger Picture
4C shared the message of 'looking at the bigger picture' this week. Showing a picture of a daredevil hanging upside-down by his toes above a 1000ft drop, we were immediately questioning health and safety! By the end of the assembly we had been shown the importance of putting things into perspective and taking a step back; when shown the picture from a different angle it became clear the drop was a few feet and in fact our daredevil wasn't as brave as we initially thought.
When problems get on top of us, we should take a step back and look at the bigger picture; when we do this, things may not be as bad as they initially appeared.
