Wing Commander Sam Fletcher
The High Performance Lunchtimes Series kicked off again on Tuesday as we welcomed Wing Commander Sam Fletcher into school. Sam is a Moulsford parent and also a former equerry to the Queen. Sam talked to the boys about leadership and his experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan. The boys enjoyed listening to how he was inspired by a Battle of Britain pilot when he was their age. Sam also left us with a slide highlighting three questions to think about when you are leading people:
- Who am I?
- Who are your gang?
- Where are you going?
