Another huge year of fundraising to benefit the boys

2018 was another fantastic year for the Moulsford Parents Association.  The Headmaster’s Quiz, Bonfire Night, Disco and the hugely popular Christmas Fair continued to draw the crowds and who can forget the very colourful Wild West Ball?  Not only are these events great fun for the parent body, they also raise a huge amount of money for the MPA.  The incredibly generous support from parents enables the MPA to provide equipment that directly benefits the boys in the classroom, on the sports field, in the music room, the theatre or the playground.

Boys from every age group have benefitted over the last year, whether that’s the balance bikes, Living Eggs, inflatable planetarium or kitchenette in the Pre-Prep or the athletic running gates, paddleboards, greenhouse, hockey goals or cameras in the Prep Department, there has been something for everyone.

The purchases from the MPA aren’t just physical items, over the last year a fund has been created for visiting speakers and a five-year license for the Focus on Sound music education software has also been purchased.

The MPA is delighted to announce that over the last year a staggering £40,000 has been spent on extras for the boys to enjoy at school.  All this is only possible with your support, so thanks once again.

If you would like to find out more about joining the MPA, we shall be holding a coffee morning on Friday 15th February at 8.30am.  More details are in the Week Ahead.
