The U11As show great team spirit
The U11A cricket team recently travelled to Stowe School in Buckinghamshire on a beautiful sunny day. We were very lucky to play our three group matches on the school’s 1st XI wicket in front of the stunning main school building. It was an outstanding setting to play cricket and the boys responded with a very well rounded cricketing performance throughout the day. The boys quickly bought into the short format of the game and put pressure on the opposing teams with quick running between the wickets and solid bowling performances. The most impressive part for me was how the Moulsford boys played the tournament with such a togetherness and team spirit, supporting each other through rough patches and also supporting their opponents when appropriate.
A very well supported day, with many families traveling to support the team. Thank you Stowe and well done boys. They finished the day being unbeaten and tabling 3rd.
