A great morning of football
The Under 9’s had a successful Saturday morning as Moulsford hosted a football tournament. The B team performed well playing against some strong A team opposition. The A team played some fantastic football beating a very good team from the Beacon on their way to winning all of the group games without conceding a goal. In the final, the boys played the Beacon, again in a very close contest. The game finished 0-0 thanks to a fantastic save by goalkeeper George W. This gave the trophy to Moulsford, due to their success in the group games. It was great to see the boys win on home soil for the first time for many years.
