A celebration of Years 3 to 7
With an unusual end to the term, the annual large scale Prize Day has not been possible this year. Whilst Year 8 had their own celebration, which was live streamed to parents, we decided that for the first time, every year group at Moulsford would have their own Prize Day.
As well as the three main prizes for each class, Academic, Effort and Character, staff were able to award other ‘special awards’ meaning that each boy received recognition of something that they have done well over the last year. The awards ranged from subject-specific prizes like Effort in Science or Progress in Maths through to prizes that celebrated special traits like the Kindness Award, Bravery Prize, Positivity or simply Lockdown Legends.
Each event, held outside in the sunshine, was a fantastic way to thank the boys for all of their hard work this year and provided them with a way to celebrate the end of term with their friends.
