Miss Percival and Mr Springer Complete Challenge
Earlier this term Mr Springer and Miss Percival set themselves the challenge of running and cycling the distance between John O’Groats and Land’s End in 3 months. However, we are delighted to report that they have completed their 1407km challenge in just 2 months exactly!
The intrepid duo completed their last 30k cycle ride last week, but have since been out on the bike again, this time with Mr Watson joining them! They have had very few days off either cycling or running since the beginning of May and are proud of their efforts, as are we. Their final evening’s ride was a good one to finish on, completing one of their favourite routes in the countryside around Moulsford, where they saw current Year 8 pupil Freddie F, and Old Mole Teddy Burton!
