A highly competitive and fun day out
Four of our Moulsford cricketers were recently selected to play in an Under 12 Cricket Festival at St. Edward’s Oxford.
George K, Luke L, Bertie WG (all Prep Schools XI) and Ollie McC (Gloucestershire) were fortunate to be selected to play in a four county Under 12 cricket festival at St. Edward’s Oxford. A fun, but highly competitive day of cricket culminated in the Prep Schools XI and Gloucestershire meeting in the final. An incredibly close contest ensued, resulting in a tie, so a Super Over was decided upon to find the winner. Bertie was one of the boys chosen to bat for the Prep Schools and unbelievably, there was another tie, meaning that the trophy was shared. The day was a fantastic experience for all and Moulsford is proud to have had four boys participating.
