With a degree in Psychology as a foundation, I embarked on my journey in education by completing teacher training at the University of Reading in 2010. After teaching in a variety of schools across Reading and in Henley, I specialised in Special Educational Needs when I was appointed as SENCO at an expanding primary school in Caversham. Whilst working in this role, I completed the National Accreditation for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (NASENCo) for which I was graded with a distinction. I also trained in Emotional Literacy Support and became a Therapeutic Thinking Lead Practitioner.
As Head of Learning Support & SENCO at Moulsford, it is my absolute privilege to guide our students on their educational journey. I am committed to helping them discover their talents, overcome barriers, and ultimately realise their full potential.
