Ingrid Lestrade thanks the Moulsford community
We were delighted to welcome Ingrid Lestrade from Inspire Children and Youth to Moulsford on Friday. The charity, based in South Africa, do so much to help empower rural women, children and youth and to provide them with the education, skills and support they need to become self-sufficient. Each of the Moulsford rugby tours to South Africa raises money for Inspire and the pupils all have a chance to go and join in with some charity work whilst they are there.
It was great to have Ingrid in school and she took the opportunity to visit some of our classrooms and was reunited with the boys who visited South Africa at Easter. Her visit was primarily to thank the whole Moulsford community for their fundraising efforts and to catch up with many of the staff who she now considers friends.
