Cakes and Table Tennis!

On Monday a number of School Council representatives across the year groups met with Mr Hamilton-Smith to put forward their ideas about any new initiatives for Moulsford. As is often the case, food was a hot topic and the boys suggested some different puddings for lunch times including banana cake and carrot cake, which was good to hear. Also having been enjoying the cookery activity so much recently there was a call for Domestic Science to be on the main school curriculum.

They also spoke about the popularity of table tennis and how more table tennis tables would be useful, although this led to a discussion on where we could squeeze in some more tables around school. The boys were also keen for more music practice rooms and there were further discussions about what the current Pre-Prep classrooms could be used for as from next September.

The School Council will meet again soon after half term before taking their requests to the Headmaster nearer the end of term.
