Creativity in cooking
The Moulsford version of Masterchef has been in full flow over the last two weeks in the Boarding House. It is genuinely inspiring to see the boys at work; their enthusiasm and creativity in creating prawn cocktails, making a cheesecake, designing menus, laying a table and professionalism when 'serving at table' have been a delight. This is not to mention an element of competition, which the boys do enjoy. The standard of cookery seems to get higher and higher each year and as we head towards the final stages, we hope that our boarders are also taking their skills home to produce some sumptuous food for their families! Big thanks to the boarding staff for their help and guidance in the kitchen and we look forward to more tasty treats next week.
