Welcome to our New Boarders
The Boarding House has returned to the vibrant and lively home from home that we know and love this term. With a total of 48 boys now boarding, including 17 new boarders, there has been a fair amount of 're-acclimatising', whilst obviously remaining conscious of necessary risk management measures still in place. It has been lovely to welcome so many new faces to the house, from Years 5 to 8, and I am delighted to report that all seem to have settled well at this early stage, with the wonderful camaraderie that comes with boarding very quickly evident again.
From the pool, to cricket nets, the climbing wall, hitting golf balls on the back field, to enjoying the comforts of our two common rooms, and even baking cookies with Miss Percival, we continue to provide a breadth of activities for all of our boarders and their various interests.
Well done to all of our boarders, but particularly those who are new to the environment, for getting back into routines so seamlessly over the last fortnight. Here's to a fun-filled Summer of boarding, with plenty of time for work, as well as play of course!
