Colts A and 1st XI in action
It was another thoroughly enjoyable early season mini tour to Taunton for the Colts A and 1st XI cricketers. Despite a bleak forecast, with heavy rain and high winds throughout the country, we were fortunate to get meaningful games of cricket in against Taunton Prep on Friday and Kings Hall on Saturday. Whilst the results did not entirely go our way, the boys performed commendably and gained valuable time in the middle which will hold them in excellent stead for the coming weeks. The behaviour and general manner of the boys was superb from start to finish, representing the school creditably on and off the pitch. Many thanks to our hosts as ever and here's to another cracking Moulsford cricket season.
