Out of this World Display
On Thursday afternoon, the Pre-Prep boys performed the assembly to their parents that they had shared with the whole school earlier this term, before heading to their classrooms for a spot of afternoon tea and a look in their books. In Drama, Topic lessons and PE this term we have been investigating Space and we are all very excited about the Planetarium that is coming to visit the Pre-Prep next week, thanks to the Parents Association.
The International Astronomical Union recognises 88 constellations covering the entire northern and southern sky, however it is unquestionable that there has been a huge mistake! The boys in the Pre-Prep make up the 89th constellation and are our phenomenal group of little stars. Giving the boys the opportunity to take ownership of their books and learning environment is essential in ensuring that they are driving their learning experience. Intrinsically motivated, happy, busy boys are at the very centre of our Pre-prep. They are truly, out of this world!
