A day filled with animals and fun
The rain did not scupper the fun on Thursday as Year 1 headed off to Wellington Country Park. The boys were able to discover lots about a number of different animals, their needs and how best to look after them. The rats were a real highlight (not for all of the staff!) and the boys thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Stripe and Daisy, who clambered all over them!
The boys’ behaviour was mentioned by all of the Wellington Country Park staff who were blown away by their knowledge and understanding. Well done boys!
