Success at the ‘QuadKids’ Competition at St Hugh’s
On Saturday we took a team of Year 3 and Year 4 boys to compete in the QuadKids Athletics event at St Hughs. This was a mixed event and so we teamed up with girls from Rupert House. The boys (and girls) took part in 50m, 400m, standing long jump, vortex, high jump and hurdles with the first four actually counting towards the medals. Slightly embarrassingly, as this was our first time at this event, we did rather well. Moulsford boys came second and first in the boys U8 individual event and the combined Moulsford / Rupert House team won the team event. In the U9 individual event, we came first, second and third! All the boys were absolutely brilliant and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the event and I think we'll be back (if we're invited!).
