Wellington College & Sunningdale Ladies’ prove challenging courses
On Sunday 7th May, Charlie P and Harry G were accompanied by Mr English to play in the Wellington Salver on Wellington College's nine hole course. It was a lovely day with some excellent golf played by both boys. However, the fairways were a little tight in places and the course won the day but a good warm up for the Sunningdale Stableford.
The ISGA Stableford Golf Competition took place at Sunningdale Ladies’ on Monday 8th May, with another day’s competitive golf for Harry and Charlie. The weather was much cooler, but still a great day for golf. Harry and Charlie played reasonably well, but both were just under their handicaps, with the overall winner playing to 6 under his handicap. An enjoyable day for all involved.
