Is it really the cricket season?
We enjoyed an unusual cricket fixture on Wednesday, with some of the teams leaving the pitch due to rain and indeed hail! The only team to complete their match at home was the 1st XI, who managed to secure a good win.
All of the away teams managed to finish their matches, with many of them victorious and some pleasing moments within the matches. The 4th XI and U11A coaches have been talking about two amazing catches from their teams - the jury is still out as to which is the best!?
We hope everyone enjoys their Bank Holiday weekend and we look forward to more matches, and hopefully some sun, next Wednesday against Summer Fields.
