Rugby 7s Training
We took 3 boys to St Edward’s for some amazing Rugby Sevens training with Sam Edgerton and Tom Mitchell (currently the England 7s Captain). They were both a little bit jet lagged after their flight back from Australia, but it was amazing for the boys to learn first-hand from the England players themselves.
Twelve boys from Years 5 and 6 were very lucky to be joined by Theo Brophy-Clews from London Irish for a session of Rugby Sevens on Thursday night. Theo also plays for England U20s and looked to instruct the boys in how to play a successful game of sevens. It was a great introduction to the sevens season and the boys were very grateful to Theo for giving up his time.
