Guard of Honour for Mr Dismorr

Wednesday 10th February will go down in history as the day a legend left the rugby fields of Moulsford for the last time. Steve Dismorr has been coaching and reffing rugby at Moulsford for 25 years and the boys and staff honoured his final game with some fitting tributes. During the morning, the staff showed Steve a video tribute which included messages from people such as Martin Johnson and Lewis Moody. In the afternoon, the Moulsford and Ludgrove 3rd XV's organised a guard of honour to clap our retiring hero on to the field. Reports from the touchline suggest that Steve was on top form when reffing and his boys did not let him down as they recorded a convincing victory.

A photo of Steve and his team has been placed on the Old Moles Facebook Page and the comments underneath have been along the lines of:

'Legend', 'Hero', 'One of the true greats' and 'It's sad to see a legend leave'

Congratulations to Steve on an outstanding career!
