Pre-School learn about animals

Bobcats had a wonderful end to the first half of term with a trip to Beale Park.  The children listened and learned about how African animals adapt to their environment before handling some artefacts.  They then had to match pictures to the specimens, from working out whether the hide was from a cheetah, or whether the poo came from a zebra or monkey or if they were tortoise or bird eggs.  We saw many animals and birds as we explored the zoo before a picnic lunch and train ride, followed by further exploration to find the zebras and lynx.  Everyone had a wonderful time.
