Bobcats go to Beale Park
Bobcats’ first outing to Beale Park was a great success. The weather was kind to us - not too hot, not too cold. We were treated to a lovely interactive workshop, learning about African animals. The children had to talk to each other, working out what the resources were and what animal they came from.
After the talk, we went to see the animals at the park. Everyone loved the meerkats and giant tortoises!
We had lunch outside, followed by a train ride to see the bigger animals in the park.
Everyone had a great time and there was a fair bit of snoozing in the bus on the way back to school.
