Turning Smarties into Cash
Before half term the boys were sent home with a tube of Smarties. They were able to enjoy the treat but in exchange were asked to try and fill the empty tube with 20p coins to help raise money for the Moulsford Parents’ Association.
The boys did a magnificent job asking friends, family and neighbours, with many also doing chores around the house to raise the money. We are delighted to say that the effort paid off and a massive £1500 was raised. At the next School Council meeting the boys will be asked to think of how the money could be used to benefit them at school.
The tubes were also entered into a prize draw for The Sock Game and the winner was Archie H in Bobcats. Congratulations to him and thank you to everyone for your amazing contribution.
