Mr Sage and Jovi are Friends for Life

We are very excited that Mr Sage and Jovi have been announced as finalists in the Friends for Life competition at this year’s Crufts.

The annual Friends for Life competition celebrates the unique relationship people have with their dogs, the important role man’s best friend plays throughout our lives and the support they give us in the face of adversity.

Mr Sage started losing his hearing when he was a teenager but the arrival of Jovi a couple of years ago has had an enormously positive impact on his life (and the boys in 4GS rather like it too).

The winner will receive £5,000 from the Kennel Club Charitable Trust for the dog charity of the choice, with the other finalists receiving £1,000 for their chosen dog charity.  Mr Sage is hoping to win for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, which was our own school charity in 2018.  The award is voted for by the public, and you can vote everyday on this link.  We are sure Mr Sage and Jovi would value your support.

The Friends for Life winner will be announced on Sunday 8th March at 5.20pm in the Crufts main arena and we shall all be keeping our fingers and paws crossed for a Jovi victory!
